The Wave Father - the trickster

Description
(Physical Form)
The Wave Father's dark, leathery hide is darker than the deepest oceans. His beak moves smoothly into his head with hardly a transition.
His head is decorated by a crowning frill which flares with his emotions. His neck is shorter than most, with his entire body being almost streamlined.
His shoulders are also decorated with a frill which extends down to just above his elbow. His claws are modified heavily, resulting in flipper-like forelegs.
His hind legs are short, but his toes are long and webbed.
Starting just above his shoulder blades, two large frills extend all the way down his body to the tip of his tail where they join.
All his extremities are a neon green.

The Wave Father's Essence glows bright yellow. His tongue even glows in a dimmer fashion.
Protruding from his forehead is a light, this is where the main supply of his Essence is - and he uses it to stun his prey.
Yellow Essence also spots down his body and on the ends of his more decorative membranes. These areas will flicker and shine in a pattern, if he so desires.
This display is beautiful and yet haunting.
His Essence is easily manipulated by himself, and it may visually leave his body - he uses this to play and amuse himself, making shapes and telling stories.

The Wave Father
The Wave Father uses his dark skin to hide and sneak up on those around him - any creature within proximity is likely to be pranked by this trickster Deity.
He cares for all his followers, however he does not have much influence over them as he prefers to be alone most of the time.
He doesn't like to be worshiped, other than for his tricks to be praised.
Despite his childish mannerisms, he is very ancient and very wise.
He is the oldest (and yet the smallest) of the Deities and so often finds himself counseling them or parting his wisdom and knowledge onto those who seek it.

Marine civilisations form among the Waterborne Tark'ee, and he is always willing to 'drop by' and part on some wisdom or warn of an impending doom.
Many of these cities will celebrate when he passes through, as it is a sign of good luck.
Others will cower, as he can be seen as the harbinger of bad news.

It has been speculated upon that the Wave Father's age in comparison to the other Deities is no coincidence.
Some mull over the thought that maybe he was the cause of The End, which destroyed life before Tark'ee.

Deity Relations
The Wave Father is the oldest, and yet the smallest of the Tark'ee.
His wisdom and age is respected by all the other Deities.
The Flight Mother will seek advice from him when she doubts her council.
The Earth Mother sometimes will attempt to prank the Wave Father - it never works though. They're good friends.
The Rock Father is jealous of the Wave Father's power, but also fearful (though he won't admit it). He maintains a respectful distance from the Wave Father, though he will make half-hearted attacks on a whim.

Question
Would he try and fight the Wave crasher Karr?
Its in his Sea.
Karr needs Wave fathers to kick his skinny ass green butt back to where ever it came from!
I really want to draw Wave Father fighting
(would it count as a add charry?)
